Although our business operates from Australia, our online store targets and supplies goods directly to consumers in the United Kingdom.   • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, and details of our products (such as boxer shorts). However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the exact color of the physical product.

  • Pricing Currency: Prices displayed on our store are shown in British Pounds Sterling (£ / GBP) for UK customers, unless otherwise selected.

  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices and correct pricing errors at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed.

  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the order quantities of any product per person, household, or order.

4. Payment Terms & Processing

  • Shopify Payments: All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments (registered in Australia).

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and authorised digital wallet services offered at checkout.

  • Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to buy from us. Acceptance of your order occurs when we dispatch the items and send you a dispatch confirmation email, at which point a binding legal contract is formed.

5. Shipping, Taxes & Import Duties

  • Fulfillment: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days from Australia.

  • Delivery Timelines: Estimated transit time to the UK is 14 calendar days.

  • Import Taxes & VAT: As goods are shipped internationally from Australia to the UK, shipments may be subject to UK customs duties, import VAT, or postal administrative fees upon arrival. Unless explicitly stated at checkout, any applicable UK import fees remain the responsibility of the customer.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Your rights to cancel orders, return goods, or claim refunds for faulty items are governed strictly by our Refund & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. UK consumers retain their statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

However, as a consumer residing in the United Kingdom, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of UK consumer protection law, and you may bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the courts of New South Wales, Australia, or the competent courts of the United Kingdom.
